Meet us at Frascati Railway Station and enjoy a short guided walk to our family’s historic wine cellar. Taste Frascati Superiore DOCG and Rosso IGT, paired with local meats and cheeses.
Make fresh pasta yourself, from mixing to shaping, then watch our cooking demonstration revealing the ingredients and techniques behind Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana. Sit down to enjoy your handmade pasta with your favourite Roman sauce.
Explore the wine cave beneath the restaurant and hear our family’s winemaking stories. Finish with a tiramisu demonstration and tasting: watch it being assembled by hand, discover its origins and classic ingredients, and enjoy this Italian dessert.
